German CM Ramon Domke informed me that tickets not being updated are autmaticly being solved after 3 days.
Sadly i waited for the 5th day to post on our unsolved sticky – because we don’t can post after 3 days there ….

Yeah did that. Only respond from Saturday is in there " We investigate your case, will inform you about news" – as stated above this was 3 days ago. Today it got the status solved without any change to the ticket or my login issues.

No, there isn’t either. Just my ticket with information from Saturday, confirmation of receiving 4 hours later. Was on waiting for 3 days, switched to solved with no further informations…

Today i came online, to see my ticket was set to solved, unfortunattely i still couldn’t login – still banned. cO
No further answers or emails, just solved…
What am I to supposed now? Banned forever? Still nedds time by the team to reactivate?
I don’t know what to do know.

If u got your login details than it would be possible to just disable the auth-app, helped me on SWTOR. Updated my smartphone’s firmware and the app couldn’t verify anymore.
The only difference was that SWTOR got a hotline – neede baout 10 minutes to diable the app for my account, so i could login normally and reactivate the app afterwards.

Did u guys (or girls) who got their account restored update you ticket after some time, asking about the progress or did you just sit the “accident” out?
Did they remove the 3-days-old-unsolved-thread from the stickies?

1 – 2 days ago I bought the digital license
2 – yesterday I finished downloading and installing GW2
3 – last night I played for 1/2 hours

now I try to login and find the account suspended (“Account Issues”).
error: 45:6:3:2114.

I do not understand why, does anyone know tell me?
What can I do besides opening the ticket already mentioned here above?

First: Don’t open 2 tickets, just update 1 of them with the infos from the other

3 days passed after ticket, still banned – not the only one I see.
Germans forums are quiet, so i joined this thread just to keep my hope alive sigh
GZ to all got there accounts back.
Q: Can i post my ticket in this 3-day-not solve-thread here or must I post in our german 5-day-not-solved-thread?
Don’t want to miss the event :-(
