I’ve created a request and I just wanted to know will I be contacted through the email provided, or what. And is a “request” the same thing as a ticket?

My account has been disabled for the reason being, INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE, I don’t understand this as it says on the cover and I quote, “Mild lanaguage” Not only that, but in the in game settings, I believe that there is a setting for language? The three settings being, None, Mid (medium), and the last one extreme, max I don’t know, same thing. Noting that this is my first offense, is this really an appropriate punishment, especially for a false reason? So why have I been disabled for 72 hours under the reason of “Inappropriate Language”
