Don’t know why dailies would use PC time but, okay.

I have this same issue… It also keeps crashing me due to an error with achievements aswell. I think once I complete yesterday’s or today’s achievement I get crashed… Was fine pre-patch…

Fort Aspenwood still bugged… Last checked January 18, 2013
As soon as I switched to Sorrow’s Embrace I was able to get it… so, not bugged there.
