Everything is as low as possible except rendering. I really dont want have to switch to sub sample. Much rather keep it on native

I recently purchased this laptop hoping for a slightly better option for gaming on the go. I have all power settings turned to max but i still feel something isnt right. Im barely getting 25-30 fps. My old computer that was 4 years old performed better. Not just GW2 though. Simple games like league of legends are barely reaching 60 fps. Does anyone know what might be wrong. Or maybe nothing is wrong and i have a seriosu bottleneck somewhere? Any help would be much appreciated.
