Spent over 100k influence to speed up econ level 6 guild page lagged once finished said we finished level 5.

When we did this boss it was a champion not a vet, we done 4 missions though only happened the once though

Both me and my girlfriend have msi 77701ghz ed and no problems what so ever

An event planning system and for the guild message to show in the chat box for every play repping when they log in.

Before the guild patch my guild had everything maxed out.
I could of sworn just this second we finished building Economy level 6
However the guild page was getting loads of lag for everyone in our guild showing different amounts of influence, lag times on speeding up builds. Then after a few mins it finished. it said we had only built level 5?

Not sure if this is a bug or just me not paying 100% attention but I’m not the only person in my guild to think so hence my post here.

If anyone knows please let me know.

Also there is no support in game for guild bugs.

Hi gintoki

You can cancel a build at any time before it completes and get a refund. The onl exception is you will not recieve a refund for any amount of influence you used to speed up build time.

I’m sure like a lot of other guilds we didnt take the build time into thought and queued it all up.

We don’t have enough to speed all of them up only enough to speed maybe 2 max to finish (but were saving influence for instant build the events themself)

So back to the main question if we remove a upgrade in the builder that hasnt started yet do you get refunded for it?

all because bounties finishes a lot quicker… we do have enough to rebuild them but thats a wasted 60k or so.

My personal view is that guild wars 2 has the perfect combat system and balance for a really good pvp system.

HOWEVER yeah pvp is fun but to me it feels like a scaled down WvWvW taking points hold them back and forth.

How many of you also agree we need a true deathmatch game type? Capture the flag? Maybe all vs all and a deathmatch with everyone only having one life to add a pure hardcore element to it?

Another few things I think we should be able to do is view how many times we die, I personally like friendly competitiveness and having a KD count will help bring that side to the game as its got it but at the same time lacking.

there also needs to be more insentive for new players to play PVP you get nothing out of it for your pve char I think they need to bring in some from of cosmetic items you can only gain through pvp.

So what does everyone else think?
if you could have new game types what would you have and why?
Kill/ death yes or no?
cosmetic items for pve only gained through pvp?
Any other ideas you may think are good?

I’m not going to try justifying their actions or anything but a game is just a game if they get banned they get banned. I can’t really physically control what people do and i’m not a bossy person as i say with my guild its all about playing in your own time and enjoying yourself.

(i have said that people don’t like the idea of a skill bugging but that’s the most i can do on this)

I just want to bring this to the attention to the leader of the Enemy of The World guild from the Unerworld server a couple of your players have been hacking into our bl bay keep and destroying the wall siege. After the 1st pic was taken we killed both of them and then by magic they reapeared. In between the two pics being taken no walls or gates were breached. It doesnt look good…

I play with these people in the picture and they sure as hell don’t hack dude. if they did even i would be kitten don’t wanna be grouped up with hackers as we started this guild as a social mess about guild thats now grown over 200 aha.

Worked 100% all day, world vs world / pvp / pve you name it, then a update got installed by windows about 10 minuets ago now my fps has dropped to around 15fps

I know how to roll back graphic drivers and all however i have no idea about window updates? Is there a fix for something like this?

I build a dirt cheap build not too long ago with some old parts given, brought etc. Moving out money being tight and all.

specs:
coolermaster case
FX 6100
8gb 1600mhz ram
m5a97 pro mobo
GTX 285 (currently using gt 430)

I got the GTX about a year ago for a dirt cheap price of like £40ish its an old card but still reasonable.

now to the need of help when playing GW2 or other games / apps I get a driver failure but it watching shows etc doesnt cause this problem. I first read up that the 306 drivers mess with the gtx 285 so I rolled back to the 29×.xx driver. but the problem was still there from 5 mins to a few hours.

the spare card I had from a different pc I relised there was random lag spikes, googled it all found out that power saving on the mobo messes with gaming so I’ve now turned it all off and got like an extra 20fps and 100% smooth.

Now that all the power saving is off on my motherboard could it be that it was restricting the Voltage to my GPU so when under load caused it to crash etc?

I personally think one time events are a good thing however I think they should put in more of them at least one a month, then remember the beta? the little games? every few months implement mini games that stay for a while then change on rotation over the year?

The one time events so far in my view: I wasn’t playing on the best spec pc, my main graphics card broken so playing with gt 430 and fx 6100 is pretty poor. mixture of low/ mids and highs giving me an average of 35 fps during the events.

The events were full of lag due to so many people getting online at the same time can imagain overload for the overflow servers its understandable. overall apart from the intro it ran fine for me few dcs but then again its understandable being a buy to game play they wont have the extra money to throw into testing to make 110% sure it would work fine and so and so.

My idea is to bring back a feel of guild wars 1, have these events as instances giving the option of say 5 / 10 / 15 people including using npc support characters if needed. Also only having the chance to get the reward once but able to join in as much as you like while the event is up for say a week. While giving the cliche chain events they do as collecting items finding information etc outside of the instances.

I think this will help the people who cannot afford new computers as they will not have to load server full of people on their map with all their skills. It will also promote even more guild activity as there isnt much for a guild to do? same dungeons over and over? same pvp maps and world vs world which is good dont get me wrong but its just same thing each time.

so what do you guys think? what do you think would make it a better experience for everyone?

I know a lot of guilds on our server are power hungry where ranks mean everything like bank permissions helping others and what not I personally Hate this type of guild. I part run a guild with only 93 members currently. We’re just a causal guild that main point is to help others and enjoy every part of the game.

To the point of this post. WvWvW has turned into a major part of the game for every server and I believe we’re only 17th overall. This I personally find is due to people/ groups being power hungry and wont accept others etc.

The way around doing so poorly I think we should have an Unnamed alliance of guilds. Which helps each other help In World vs World. Or even have a server agreed time we’re we would try to do WvWvW If able to.

What are your views on this? honestly.

I know some people will be like but our influence would be faster if we merged etc . I know myself and others find massively big guilds hard to find your own place in. I know with ours even though there’s close to 100 we all get along fine causally like we know each other outside of the game. So i personally think people should not be pressured to disband their efforts of making their own attempt at a community because to me that’s what a guild is.

So if anyone is up for trying to arange a daily, weekly server time for WvWvW please help me arrange and spread the word I cannot do this without you guys. If any leaders of guilds members anything want to take part in this as well please say your part as well. As leaders and members we are all equal and must help our server

Hi I 50% run Enemy of the world with my partner on the underworld server, We’re looking for new members. We finally hit the 90 members mark. We have all perks level 3 (currently as I’m writing this) We’re not your cliché guild where guild power = rights. We’re all about helping each other. You will gain access to the bank from rank of member (you will be a “new member” for 5 days to gain trust to stop bank abuse though)

-Bank rule is equal exchange eg. Take out a blue put in a blue the item level does not matter. This is one of the few ways we all help each other.

We’re English speaking but a lot of members from all the eu though.

We have a ventrilo server which details for will be in the guild message of the day.

we target all puzzles, dungeons, events and WvWvW. We try not to set anything in stone because we always have enough members on for everything the game offers. This way I find people don’t moan when people don’t turn up to an planned event. I don’t want people to feel forced to take part in things. Even if you just wanted people to talk to we’re a guild for you with a friendly yet banter like atmosphere.

All levels welcome. All ages. No experience needed, Remember we’re a guild that likes to help others.
