Yesterday, while showing my [alt] account to friends (Ramie Urticaceae), who were interested in the game, accidentally used my stored BLACK and ABYSS dyes. I don’t normally have to much time to play and my alt character is usually there for when I show people the game. I ask if there is a way to make a one time exception and roll back the dye use on this account so that I may get them back
These dyes are really expensive and I don’t think I will ever be able to get them back, and it sucks that they got used on a secondary character (both at that!) when they were trying to deposit them into the bank, but double clicked on them instead. This happened last night at around 9pm. Please, any support would be greatly appreciated. You can check my account to see that what I say is no lie
