Just had my account hacked this morning, got booted from the game about 5 times saying someone was attempting to log in to it. Submitted a ticket thru the support page about it all ready.
Unfortunately ANet gives the hackers half our log in information if they get in a group or guild with us. So it makes it really easy to get the rest of the info with the right programs. Just mouse over someones name in a group and it tells you the account name, really sad for a company that says they have a kitten for security.
/edit Also sent a message to the Guild Leader to start getting ahold of the rest of the guild and let them know to check their accounts.
