yes i’ve installed the correct drivers, and i don’t know what you mean by framework version

Update, i made a new char and went thru the creation fine and got to see the cinematic just fine. but once it started loading the world and my ability to run around it crashed again, but i can hear ingame noises still coming thru the speakers

I havne’t been able to play guild wars 2 for a few months now and i thought it was just because my graphics card was old but now that i’ve upgraded i keep getting errors that won’t let me log into the game world >< i’ve updated my drivers and then did updates for windows and i don’t know what else to do, please help!
