The hotjoin 8×8 is bad! Everyone hate the 8 vs 8, its only joined by players who want to test a new class.
So a lot of players who are joinning the tournament matches arent looking for competative play or a team play, they are just looking for some kind of pvp wich isnt a mess.
I think the Anet just need to create 5×5 hot join servers or maybe the guilds need to start some pay to play tournaments.
