I am on phone with century link an they did a firmware update in last 5 days cause of an authentication issue so we are working on getting the info so that we can help everyone else get on will post an answer if we get it to work

i am also on centurylink an took my laptop up to sprint an logged onto their wifi an logged right in. so its a centurylink problem this is the test we did on our net to the connection of the game from my house i am unable to post my results as it is over 5000 so wont let me post this i did send a ticket to anet with the info though
