It’s so you keep getting skill points, one of the components for a legendary weapon requires 200 skill points. This makes it able for you to get all the skills you want and still have enough for legendary weapons

I had a problem with this previously and it was fixed, but I guess only temporarily. Try checking after a new build or a server reset I heard it usually works at those times.

Try doing it with someone who is on the same quest, I was doing it with my brother and he was able to further the quest when he initiated it, but not when I started it. Weird bug , but that fixed it for us

Yea the Superior Sigil of Accuracy doesn’t work, and by what you said neither does the Major sigil. Hope its on arena nets radar
