yeah i’ve been trying all the little things for the past 3-4ish hours, unless i’m blind I think I tried it all

I purchased a 25$ gem card earlier at target(approx 6pm) and now its 10pm and the store still does not recognize my code. My receipt from target assures me activation within 3 hours or purchase—curious if this is just some problem with my card or if it more of a widespread thing as I see no other threads on it. I have submitted a ticket and am also awaiting a reply to it.
