I have been suffering the same connection issue-19:00-0:00 GMT. I have spent several calls totalling over an hour on the phone with BT technical support, and got absolutely nothing aside from “it’s the wireless”, to “the game’s server” (yes he said one server) to " BT does not throttle lines ever"(winner).
Have run a diagnostic: relevant bit pasted.

So the only 100% loss was where? Why at BT. What a shock. So… I phoned again and they wouldn’t hear of it.
Would someone at Anet just make a small call to BT and tell them to stop messing about. Please.
