Guild Wars 2

I have been experiencing rubber band laggs since 2 to 3 days from now before that it was smooth and polished gameplay. I checked my latency and it seems to be fine but I still keep having 1 to even 5 seconds delays during game play. I donot know if somethings wrong from my computer side or some where else. And I really wanna play this game already.

STILL lagging like hell, keep annoyingly diein in game bcause of lagg spikes. fix it already please :/

getin really tired with this. never had such problems until 2 days before. althought used to get disconnected but not so laggy. Now its hell. :/

2 days ago i was playing guild wars 2 without any problem what so ever. the game play was smooth and there was no lag at all. Since yesterday however I have lagging really badly to the point i kept getting killed while completing tasks. Please help.
