I was lucky enough to get a random drop from a bandit while unlocking the tunnels for the story mode. However when I went to the bandit crest collector to purchase the box I found I could not. After reading the description I double click the consumable. I got the same animation you have when learning a new crafting item. however I was still unable to purchase the box and the Requisition Order has now vanished. Any ideas or is a support ticket the only way forward here?
