I Used my Account name:

I just made an account on gw2 and I cant loggin, It says I filled in an incorrect password or account name.
Error Code: 11:1001:2:1524

And than when I try to ‘’Recover Account’’ and fill in my serial code, email and username it says the following:

There’s been an error. Please contact support.

What can I do ?
