Ele, as of right now, has more viability than ever.
I main Ele.
Hint: One cantrip, One glyph, One arcane utility.
Sincere inquiries/challenges are welcome in-game.
Yes. Any skilled Reaper will give you trouble.
Solution= avoid reaper.
Every other class can be managed. Ele is still the most mechanically sound class in the game.(Main Ele.=Jublain)
Hint: One cantrip, One glyph, One arcane utility. Spec traits similarly.
Summary: Please leave Ele AS-IS. No improvement/nerfing necessary.

Good idea. Shouldn’t be too difficult.
Unfortunately, it is painfully obvious that A.net has been downsizing GW2 moderation since the release of HoT. I feel like the sale of this expansion was the end-game, and having been successful, A.net has moved on and provides the bare-minimum customer support.
However, the mechanics of PvP are still impressive, and I will continue to play until these forums are ignored.
It’s not you. A.net has a terrible matchmaking algorithm. You probably were matched with players of much greater skill level.
But don’t be discouraged. The more you lose, the easier your opponents become. You may have to experience several bad match streaks early on.
Keep playing, and focus on improving your own understanding, awareness, and response time. Don’t focus too hard on the plays of your team/enemy team until you improve your own skills.
You made a good choice posting on on the forums. Good luck, Keep us posted.
P.S. Feel free to ask specific questions.

Dear arena.net,
As a loyal customer(GW1-date), please correct the matchmaking formula.
Team equality is far more important than class balance.
Please take this time between seasons to modify the algorithm that punishes skilled soloque’ers by teaming them with dead weight.
Adjust so competitive players are teamed with and against similar skill levels.
Team equality is far more important than class balance.
Thank you,
