will there ever be a race changer added to the cash shop? or will there be any race change added to the already existing “Identity Repair kit”.

I know some are probably gonna argue why don’t you just remake or create a new character.

There are those of us, much like myself who have grown attached to our current character and wish to stick to it, just not the current race or look.

I would greatly like to see an option for race changing being added.

Any Feedback on the matter would be appreciate. (preferably GM feedback)

It would be nice to have the black lion gem store bring back items of old that some have missed….
like the kassmer staff :/ i missed my chance at it like twice and id like another go at it

i mean World vs. World traits

is just resetting my characters trait abilities or all of them but not the ranks possible? or is it a lost cause at this point?

My thief was my first character and was in existence, and the full reset of 11th is what I meant. My other characters had the points taken out of where i put them, but my thief still shows the same points I put in before the reset of June 11. I ignored it until now because I thought that I would receive no help on the matter. Until many other players suggested I talk with the arena net staff and see what I could do about the matter.

P.S. thank you for allowing to change my name once more without penalty.

I see fair enough, well may i ask to change it the name again, i was not aware that it was being reported nor was i alerted until just now. I put a name very similar to the first one, not knowing what was happening. I would like to avoid getting banned or suspended and change it to something different now that I know what is going on.

It seems i was forced out of game and now the game is asking me to rename my main character was this preformed by your staff? I just want to make sure because it caught me by surprise.

Requests # 39162 and #42008 i submitted twice wasn’t sure if my ticket was reaching.

I tried submitting a ticket on this issue then i was recommended to check here for my issue by a GM. There was a reset on all accounts abilities for the characters individual abilities, except my thief’s world vs. world abilities. I was wondering if i can have these reset by a GM? not the rank but the abilities so i may have the chance to re-distribute them like everyone else. I don’t mind if my other characters world vs. world abilities are reset. Just as long as my thief’s abilities are reset. I provided a picture just in case what I am asking for isn’t clear for understanding.
