While playing a message pops up saying to please exit the game and update it. When i do this and restart my game it doesn’t update. Any answers?

I have a problem with the mailing system i have a couple friends and when i try sending them stuff it just disappears when i ask them they say they didn’t get anything. i have lost a bunch of stuff. anyone know whats wrong.

I was going to bye some iron ore butt when i clicked on it the buy button faded and i couldn’t buy anything. does anyone know whats wrong?
