Was listed as closed but my account was not restored completely after being hacked. I updated it to re-open the ticket.

I refuse to play again unless the account is completely restored. Ticket submitted over 8 days ago.

At 6 days since my ticket to support was submitted.

No response since then.

Decided this game isn’t worth it. Failure of Arena net not providing an authenticator system, their obviously compromise in many of these “hacks” in their security, and the long delays as a customer to get this problem solved has made me reach a decision. This game isn’t worth it. So I’m done. You guys have lost an account and more than likely many in my guild, one with over a thousand members currently playing, will also follow suit with me. Just to let you know I have accounts from EVERY online game to date. I have never been hacked in any game, even ones notorious like Eve and Rift where they have had admitted security compromises. I set my passwords to change constantly. As a government security worker, I’m anal retentive about account and password security and I have to be to maintain my Clearance level. This is inexcusable.

Enjoy the fact Yak’s Bend server will be emptying out soon. My days playing this game are over.

Account was hacked. Had not played in a few days and come back with a cleared out inventory and no gold. This was with a very specific password for this account only. I live alone and do not share this account with anyone. I’m a software developer and have no chance of a virus or key logger. Changed password again though just now. This is NOT something that was socially engineered to hack my account. This was most definitely something from Arenanet side that was compromised for this hack on my account.

Is there any thing else I need to do besides post in this thread?
