Is it worth coming back to this game ? ( I have only the original Guild wars 2 , thats it ) I want to play something with bigger RNG then Path of Exile)

Long time ago making a rare or exotic with your crafting was awesome and rewarding , now with the inflation of the trading post is just silly to craft something rare or exotic.Please debate this ,I`m curious what profession is still ok to level nowadays.
