it used to be longer then 5 seconds , but people complained it was overpowered at the time, so it was nerfed.

Putting all the symbols on the staff would be cool but then they would have to make a new skill for the GreatSword, Mace, Hammer.

Its what they allways say about guardian, all the weapons on the guardian are slow and there is no upside to it, we have loads of blocks and Anet just adds millions of unblockable skills and gives classes like mesmer buffed PU and thief more dodges because they didnt have enough, necros are hard counter for guardians flip the boons all the time and just flood you with condis, no amount of cleanses can clear that, sry for rambling.

I dont know if this as ever been asked before but wouldnt it make more sense for dolyaks of one color not to be seen in the map by players of different colors, this makes it too easy for a larger group to overtake a map from a much smaller group since they can cut the supply routes without much effort and if they were not visible in the map by enemies you could raise the reward for killing one and at the same time provide better chances for smaller groups.

That is an interesting idea but then I believe there would be no incentive to do dungeons or try and get rare loot in fractals (unless you are farming) because if as you said “heap it upon your players in such quantity that they will never want for more and you don’t have to manage a economy” and the inflation would be ridiculous because whenever you wanna sell something very rare you would sell it at a price that would give you the most “money”, like precursors would be 5 000 000 000 karma (example) and legendaries I dont even want to imagine.

What is gonna happen to the guild upgrade “15% Reduced Repair Costs for 24 hours” that is in the Art of War Category? is it going to be replaced with something new?

i am in whitesideridge which some would call a pve server, whille others would like to change this it is dificult to coordinate at what times would you join wvw and have a decent chance to rival your oponnents, that being said my suggestion is to create an ingame alliance mechanism where you can invite guilds with a chat mode and message boards

issue: cant access guild bank/treasure trove

I have the permissions and it worked just fine yesterday, the leader recently upgraded for access to the treasure trove if that’s relevant, but i have used it after the upgrade and it seemed fine.
