Please give the Guild Wars 2 team my thanks. (And please give yourself a hug!) Having enjoyed both GW1 and GW2, and being excited for the upcoming expansion, I am gladdened and relieved to see ArenaNet addressing player feedback in the manner it has today.
Serving as a point of contact for passionate customers can be such a challenge, not to mention a thankless job. Speaking from firsthand experience in a similar capacity, I am so glad to see that you are getting kind words from the customer base as well. 
My husband and I (having met in Guild Wars 1, and gotten married last year!) are both looking forward to the expansion, and have both pre-purchased as of today’s announcement.
