Rescue the villagers and defeat harpy kidnappers. A bug was patched yesterday (28th June 2016) that prevented this event from finishing properly. It now seems to be that the harpies guarding the captives are level 80 in a level 36 zone, they’re near impossible to kill even with a group of 3-4 people.
