Guild Wars 2

i have a problem when i try to download the newest update that it will start downloading. download around 24MB then the download speed will drop from my max speed to 0KB/sec then the client will normally crash shortly after, My PC spec is around the recommended spec so don’t lecture me about crappy “Graphics Card” or all that.

I have tried disabling anti-virus
uninstalling it.
Repairing the guildwars archive
turning all services except Microsoft ones off

Currently running the newest beta drivers for my Nvidia 560TI OC
all drives on PC are up to date.
Ports are all open for the game

Why would downloading a update for a game have anything to do with drivers. nothing. i also have this problem . my updater stops at 571KB.
