Well my friends who are still thinking or have recently moved servers. PRX and other guilds, I’m talking to you kind folks as well. Did last night remind you of HOD days? Having your folks log on right at reset and then dc a lot and get back into that wonderful queue?

Not a lot of fun on JQ and SOS. Some of those queues were hours? That is not going to change the rest of the weekend. The 28th is coming up in a few days.

I encourage all guilds thinking of making a change, look at BG. There’s a great thread with another guild asking about BG. Read it and we on BG hope you make the choice to come over to us.

We do have queues on reset night, but unlike the good folks over on JQ and SOS, the queues free up for the rest of the week. Is it important to fight along side your mates vs. pvqueue? I think you’re saying yes – definitely.

We need good guilds like yours, come help make a difference on BG. Join us.

Good day fellow GW2’rs.

As all of you know, free xfers ends on the 28th. Moving large # of people (read: Guilds) is tough enough to coordinate at the best of times, when $$ is involved, it becomes almost impossible.

I know there are a number of guilds on T2 and below are looking at things right now in regards to moving to a T1 server, I would like you to consider a few things.

1) Queues: SOS and JQ are great servers. HB have met and fought a number of able guilds on these servers. You cannot go wrong with moving to these servers – except… The queue! Those who remember the HOD days, PRX and others? Remember sitting – waiting? With individuals, who like in HOD glory days, move to that server will move to SOS and JQ for the same reasons before the 28th. You know it and I know it. We’ve experienced it.

Ask yourselves: Will you lose members to the queue? I think we all know the answer.

2) Competition: If you spend the whole evening pvd, is that a lot of fun? I mean downing a door and rushing to the lord is fun for about a 100 keeps/towers, but afterward? Do you not crave, as guilds, bashing against your opposite numbers? Is this not why you chose pvp in the first place?

Think about the above. I think if you do, you will come to the conclusion, though JQ and SOS are great servers, BG is the answer for your guild.

There is coverage on the other side almost 24/7. On BG, you’ll be rushing to one end of the map to another to save a tower or race into an enemy hell bent on wiping you. Your members will get far more enjoyment out of PvP vs. pvqueue or pvdoor.

HB and the other guilds on BG are experiencing it today. It’s not easy and there will be many challenging days, but is that not why we play GW2? Come join us.

Many thanks to the JQ team last night (CST) in EB for the great fun (see video above). You guys were determined! Thanks Smokee and Orc for getting our armour all covered in sewer goo. It’s going to take days to get all of it off.

A side note to our SOS friends. HB doesn’t turtle. It’s called arrow head and we lead in with our big guys.
