I began having several blue screens of death and crashes while playing.

Having reviewed these forums I downloaded Whocrashed and discovered that the issue related to my Symantec/Norton anti-virus software, specifically three background processes that were causing issues.

Looking through forums relating to the software some actually recommended removing Norton completely which I did.

I have loaded a new AV software and ran the game for a bout four hours last night in windowed without any issues whatsoever.

My conclusion is to use Whocrashed firstly as it was extremely helpful but also to direct players to whatever background processes they have going on in their computers.

Hi there – Sea of Sorrows is the de facto Oceanic server so I’d say the bulk of players are there. I am on Tarnished Coast which is the default RP server and no Oceanic guilds there yet.
