EDGE Gaming Community is recruiting strong, active, and reliable fellow players to play together in our Guild Wars II division. We are DEDICATED to WvW, SPVP, PVE, and Dungeon Runs!
At EDGE you will be challenged to work with your fellow guild members to hold the lines and push forward when the moment is right. We strive to use and create new tactics/strategies, be effective in battle communication, and we pride ourselves on having an educated player base, with which we conquer each and every one of our goals.
EDGE (founded in 2009) is a multi-gaming and multi-media gaming community. We have active guild members who stream videos, play games that we all know and love, and we even hunt out new games to play together. Have another game that you love to play? Chances are… we have others who play it or are willing to try.

Member Guidelines & Expectations:
- Maturity- We expect our members to be mature in thought, action, and in their dealings with fellow members.
- Reliability – Members are expected to be reliable. If you promise to be somewhere, be there and be there on time. If you say you’re going to do something or take on a task, DO IT. If you cannot make an event inform those involved.
- Respect – We will not always agree, that is a fact, but we do not expect everyone too. Our community MUST have MUTUAL RESPECT for each other’s views and/or opinions. This includes and is NOT limited to: Political Beliefs, Race, Religion, and Personal Identity.
- Accountability – You control yourself, your actions, emotions, and speech (verbal or written.) You will be accountable for yourself.
Teamwork – We are striving and have been striving for over 3 years to build a strong community. Members should always put their foot forward, and work as a team in all aspects.
- Adult Community – We are an adult community (18+). Members should keep in mind where acceptable lines may be, and not to cross them.
- Forums- Our forums are the first place information shall be presented and detailed. Members are expected to visit our forums to view such information, and participate and engage in active conversation.
- Meetings – All members are to attend meetings when available. If a member is not available to attend a meeting, they need to inform the leadership of their absence before the scheduled meeting. We all have lives, we understand.
- Expectations of Use (When You Should Be On) – Members are encouraged to socialize on TEAMSPEAK whenever they are in game (Whatever you may be doing, you at least can have people to converse with.) Teamspeak is required for group cooperation of any kind, whether PvP. PvE, or WvW.
- Behaviour – Members are expected to behave according to the situation, and treat others in Teamspeak with respect regardless of membership status, AT ALL TIMES! Idle chit-chat is kept to a bare minimum during raids, and is pertinent to the subject at hand. Members may be asked to be quiet, and if they continue to be disruptive could be kicked from the channel or possibly Teamspeak until we can converse with them at a later time.
- Criticism – Criticism is to be dealt with in a constructive and respectful manner. No member should be made to feel inferior, nor spoken too in a demeaning or condescending way. Any criticism should be met with a simple acknowledgement, then dropped immediately.
- Conflict and Conflict Resolution – We are all adults, so act like one. Members are expected to handle conflict in a mature and tactful form. Long drawn out arguments are not to take place in any public or open channel (Teamspeak, Guild Chat, or In Game Chat.) If a conflict cannot be resolved privately amongst each other, then consultation with a Guild Officer or Leader is required.
