Ticket – 1244397:“An error has occurred, please contact support”

I e-mailed support yesterday about this problem but maybe there’s some way to figure this out without them.

- I have an account (display name haduiska.3689) that I’m attempting to recover the password for
- When attempting to password reset I’m asked for Serial Code & Character name
- I’ve tried about a dozen combinations and I always end up with this.

- The password recovery option for another account of mine didn’t require any of this information.
- I’ve tried all three of my CD keys with the account
- I’m fairly certain I’ve got at least one of the character names correct, and I’ve tried all of my CD keys in combination without any luck

Support still hasn’t gotten back to me, any tips?
