You said you finished Nevermore II’s achievement. Have you also crafted the Ravenswood Staff (you get the recipes for it when you finish the Vol. 2 achievement)? You can’t purchase Nevermore Vol. 3 until you craft that.

Hello , I have made 3 in game bug reports ,but i never got any answer back so i decided to write in the forums.
So, the NPC will not sell me the Nevermore Vol 3 to continue my legendary crafting. I have this bug for over 2 months. Of course i have all the masteries needed and already finished the Nevermore II achievement.
