I haven’t been able to log on for 5 days and only submitted 1 ticket so it doesn’t seem that there is such a timer as my issue would have been resolved by now. Someone else posted their issue (exact same error code i have) was resolved in 2 hours. i’m at 120 hours.

I would like to spend money and participate getting items for the special sale this weekend but it lies up to Arena net assisting me. A guy a few weeks ago with the same error code got his issue fixed within 2 hours. I am at 5 days now. This is not fair. Arena Net please look into Error code 11:0:2:1297 and assist. Resetting the password does not help. It is something internal that only YOU can do on my account so that I may log in and play again.

When I first was having issues logging on Sunday I decided to delete ALL of my Gw2 files and re-install from scratch which lead me to Monday and not being able to log on. There should be nothing missing as I downloaded directly from the GW2 site and was able to play fine up until sunday night.

I tried every few hours last night and again this morning, and it still does not let me log on.
I’ve changed my password (collectively since Monday) about 10 times now so changing my password does not help. There is something amiss with the account that needs to be updated or changed from ANet.

There is a similar error that do not know, but you can go …
error code 11:0:2:1297
This person has the same problem as me that is in this thread. My error message also says that there is an incorrect pw/account issue.

I got the email, reset my password as directed and it has not changed the issue.
I am still getting error 11:0:2:1297 when attempting to log on.

I apologize for my somewhat raging posts but the unhelpful emails I received from Ncsoft support put a bad taste in my mouth and it makes me very mad and frustrated.
I just tried again to log on- and still having the same log on issue.

Good Morning,
I am still having the same log in trouble as I did yesterday. error code 11:0:2:1297. I’m upset that you fix other people’s accounts within 2 hours but mine is now going on 3 days.

I have had this error since yesterday and I have sent a ticket to NCSOFT which didn’t help at all. I did some investigating regarding error code 11:0:2:1297 – and someone on FB stated that Anet was able to fix this within a few hours! Please fix My account
I really want to play (and i’m frustrated dealing with ncsoft :x)

Can’t log in to my account, (had it since pre-launch,) receiving error code 11:0:2:1297 on log in attempt; Says my email or password are invalid. Never changed any of my info and I can’t log in to the site either. Attempted to recover my account on the site, but an error occurs and it tells me to contact support, which I’ve done. Just figured I’d see if I could get a faster answer here as to why it may be doing this?

Jiku Michiru fastest and most likely answer is someone has gotten into your account, and changed your password and or possibly your email address for the game

Jacob Nelson I got it taken care of by one of the good fellows at ANet. If someone did get in my account, they didn’t touch anything that I could see. Everything I remember being there was still there. Thanks for the reply though.

Arena Net can you assist on this? The NCsoft support agent didn’t even read my ticket (included the same information as above) and all they did was reset my password- which obviously didn’t answer the issue at hand. I am sick of their crap support that I have experienced here and on other games. How can they help me if they don’t even read my email?
I hope you can assist me as I would like to rejoin my friends playing. Thank you.

Resetting my password and…And de-linking my account. First I got the image (see below) stating that I entered in my information incorrectly so I tried changing my pw 3 times on the site here and it didnt work. Then I decided to do the alternate and de-link my account. I can now not re-link it and I’ve been playing since beta.
When I try to re-link it i get this error:

I am also having this issue. I had to manually delete all the files to try to re-instal (as when i try to un-install from the control panel it says that there is a ‘Serious Error’). I have tried multiple times to re-download and even had a computer pro guy log onto my pc remotely to try to fix it- after 30 min there is no resolution from our attempts at this time.
