I made a refund request 7+ days ago. Still no answer, nothing.

I made refund request 7 days ago. Still no answer.

I’ve been looking and from what I read on internet people usually get answer from support after 2-3 days , but this is getting ridiculous, 7+ days of waiting and still nothing.
