Zoning resets the progress, so does logging out. Traveling to a waypoint within the same zone or being down (without dying) do not reset it.

I’ve tried by now 3 different codes and none of them could be redeemed. Something is awfully wrong. I tried entering them both with hyphens and without without success. The error message I get is always the same: “The code could not be redeemed”.

I’m experiencing the same problem. When I try to redeem the Dragon Shirt by entering the serial code from the card, I get an error message saying “The code could not be redeemed”.

Has there been any official answer regarding this?
