Dear Gaile,

Not trying to bug you again, but I still haven’t heard anything from the support team since the automated response… If you guys need more information regarding the case that can expedite the process, please do so—though, I’ve included everything from the forum guideline.

I find it the process taking way too long,,, after all, I have done nothing wrong…

p.s- ban on my account changed from RMT activity to Unauthorized login attempt (hacking related). Just so you guys know I was playing the game when it got banned ;p.

it’s been two days since I’ve posted here (130127-001362) to get your attention, and I’ve received an automated message in my support account which doesn’t make any sense…
Does that mean I just need to wait little longer?

I really don’t understand why it takes too long to get my account reinstated… I have never engaged in RMT and only incident I received gold from another player was my brother…

Two days ago, this ticket would have been only 1 day old, not 3 (as the thread requires). Having looked at the ticket just now, I see that it’s confusing about whether you’re asking for yourself or your brother. I noticed that you have written a response, and I will ask the team to give that a look and review the other notes that you submitted.

Oops. I’m sorry I guess this could be confusing. This is entourage.2914 writing through my brother’s account (Hanferdo.9826) since mine got banned. Thank you so much for your quick response though!

Dear Gaile,

My account (entourage.2914) was wrongfully terminated after receiving gold/materials from this account which is belong to my brother (as in a real family). I’ve included as much details as possible in the ticket filed to the support team, but I haven’t heard anything from them…

I’d really appreciate if you could review my case. Although I did not include any birth certificates, but the credit card used to purchase both accounts (Hanferdo.9826 and entourage.2914) was in fact the same card (and thus, has the same last four digits—which is included in the ticket), which, in my opinion, somewhat proves the real-life relationship between Hanferdo.9826 and entourage.2914.

okay, right now i’m on my brother’s gw2 account because mine got perma-banned after receiving gold (via private guild bank) from this account. i’ve filed a ticket on 27th, but heard nothing from the support team, and i’ve been just trying my patient to wait until it hits the 3rd day so i can put on the sticky thread “3days or more”.
So the lesson I’ve learned so far is that using private guild bank ISN’T SAFE method to transfer money.
Also, I wonder if the person who’s doing blocking ever takes more than 5 min to decide if it’s legitimate. I’m saying because two accounts THIS and currently blocked shared the very same credit card information.

Well, obviously this is angry writing but in future even if i get my account back, id NEVER EVER EVER transfer anything with other players.
