I can see the reasons behind the decision to have a cost in the usage of the waypoints (that does not mean that agree with that decision). Maybe the current costs are too high, don’t know, but I would like to not go into that discussion. As we play the game we will start stockpiling gold after a certain point, which will render the 2, 3 and even 4 silver cost not an issue.

The thing is that currently you can travel without any cost between cities if you use the Asura Gates, but you getting more than one loading screen.

If I want to travel from Divinity’s Reach to Black Citadel, I will have to go through Lion’s Arch. This adds one more player in Lion’s Arch (and the overflows of Lion’s Arch) that he doesn’t want to be there in the first place.

Allow free travel from inside a city to any waypoint in any other city
When you are inside a city you can travel to any waypoint in that city for free. Make it so it’s also free if you choose to travel to a waypoint that is in another city.
Currently you can use the Asura Gates to travel from the city you are to Lion’s Arch and then to another city. This process is free but it adds more loading screens that necessary.
