Guild Wars 2

i bought a level 60 trait book for my gaurdian from the trainer and nothing is redded out but nothing happens when i dbl click it

i just bough a razer mouse with the 6 keys on the side, going through the options i found the ability to set my own macros, ive set a combo that will go though my attacks to make a combo at a key press (i know this is nothing new) but i have 2 questions,
1: will this work in game if i press the button :o
2: does this violate any of areanets rules? i know some games frown upon any outside interference

Playing on Ehmry bay server ive spent 10 candycorn trying everything to find the first ghost by tassi and am unable too.
ive investigated the que, tried every action on the bar, is this bugged?
