I have the same issue, and have an open ticket going on currently with support. They’re asking for a lot of information such as how you connect to the internet, what your provider is, what your location is, etc. – none of which I imagine will be all that relevant. I just got my macbook, and haven’t ever tried to game on Mac, so I imagine there has to be some sort of Firewall issue, but I’ve played around with that and nothing has helped. So I guess I’ll let you know if I figure something out, but I have my doubts.
