Guild Wars 2

My pc is not a year old yet.
I play any other games without any flaws at all including Tera Online which is more graphic intense than this.
My GPU is a GTX 580 I’ve tried every driver for this card including the ones Arenanet recommend.
Yet Still I get crashes, flickers, freezes, BSOD. All my drivers are up to date including Bios.I’m also sick to death messing about with control panel of the nvidia, as none of what they say works.
I have run memtest no errors. I have tested the graphics card no problem.

Now let me say this.
Before when I was beta from the start I did not have ONE crash, one flicker, not a murmer of any glithces at all, so this just tells me that Arenanet have messed up big time with the coding they done on the live start.
Because form then on thats what I have been having, “oh and no temp issues either, so dont even go there”.
I am just sick, and tired of companies like this that bring out games that done damnwell work.
Lets face it even the, so called repairer does not repair, as it should.
I aslo read somewhere on here that Arenanet know about the problems with the Nvidia GTX card, but they said there is no ETA.
Have to TBH I think thats disgusting coming from a company this big.
In a nutshell it’s there fault, but they wont come out , and say so.

As the title says done this today all was ok it downloaded but then said it had failed, and told me to check my internet connection.
Rather strange as my internet connection was fine, and never went offline.
Thing is I have run it again, so if it didnt install it, it should do it again right , “wrong” it does not attempt to do so.
So dont know if I have the patch or not.
Why the hell was the beta fine, and I had no probs, but since going live it’s been a nightmare ?.

Well I dont know if I can help in anyway, as my GPU is and NVidia GTX 580.
I also have a 650 psu have no probs with any other games at all, and I played GW2 in Beta.
Everything was fine no graphic glitches no sound issues until the game went live, and they added loads of patches.
Then I was getting BSOD’s, and graphic driver has stopped responding etc.
Did use driver sweeper in safe mode for that, but even that does not alway cure the probs you might get.
I upadated all my drivers, and used the beta 3602’s which Anet recomended, but I also followed there advice to select the GW2.exe, and put it in your nvidai control panel.
Then open it up go to power management control, and set it to Prefer Maximum Performance.
Since I have done that I have had no more BSOD’s “weird”, but I have had CTD or it’s just hung.
I do have a 120 hrtz monitor so I have Vertical Sync on I find I get more FPS that way, and it does stop a lot of ripping also even using the triple buffering can help sometimes.
IMO I still think there is a lot to be ironed out within the game then maybe all of it will be ok, “I Hope”.

Im getting the same problem since the update no matter what storyline I enter with any toon the VO are getting missed on nearly every other one.
I’m also getting sound fade when playing on a map sometimes in some case’s where I have been looking on the Blackline trading company then decide to come out, and continue my adventure never had any of these problems in beta all was ok.
This is all since the last patch.

I’ve also been getting BSOD’s, again something I never had on beta, and I have the graphics drivers you recomended.
It seems to me the beta was far better, and more stable than this original you keep patching, and messing up other stuff.
Please fix it ASAP it’s giving me the right Hump.
