Basically, you can use the skill “Ride the Ley Line” from Bloodstone Fen when you are barely off the ground to speed around the map.
Nice trick, but does seem to be a bug.

Basically, I logged in and a bunch of Risen were just standing there. After killing them all, they came back. My guess is that it is all 8 waves of Risen from the event that happens at Caer Evermore spawning all at the same time regardless of if the event is up or not.
