You can have a legit p1 solo with thief but most of them just get out of bounds

For some strange reason i can’t whisper anyone in game.Is it a known bug and are there any fixes for it?

Hello!
I just bought my GW2 from a local shop.MY problem is that when i insert the DVDs my laptop doesn’t recognize them. I already started to download it, but the download speed is only 0.5MB/sec. Any help?
