Is theres anyway to do the navigation mouse as a 360 rotate camera im finding hard to control my character using W,A,S,D, BUTTON

Where can i find pvp npc? and what level do i need to be and is theres any link to guide me getting to know all the maps and npc beacause last night i wasted 7hours roaming the map and yet it dirint help me
