Incident Number: 121129-000113
Gone unresponded for quite some time, it’s my cousin’s account that I bought for him. All of his GW2 Accounts (Game/Support) are suspended. My account was also suspended, both purchased from the GW2 site with the same debit card. My account was restored a week ago, incident 121130-000541. If you could please look into my cousin’s suspension. Also, I purchased a new serial key for my account after I was told that I was refunded for the original purchase, but when is the refund going to be processed?

My previous post was deleted for “combative and demanding” language, which seems a bit like a Public Relations move since there were no disagreements with what I stated. So I will say this again without sarcasm.
Please implement a workaround for the bugged event chains in the straights of devastation.
Simple solutions that you could possibly implement:
1. Shards are sold by all temple vendors in Orr.
2. A shard vendor in Lions arch until the bugged events are fixed.
3. Event reset timers to reset frozen events.
4. Regular planned server resets until the bugged content is fixed. (PvP maps dont have to be reset, just server PvE maps, im fairly certain theyre held on separate servers)

This is not a demand, this is not me being ‘combative’. I am asking as a fan of this game, and a ‘valued customer’ to PLEASE fix this bugged end-game content. It has been bugged for close to two months now. I am specifically talking about the the world events in relation to temples in orr and other endgame content such as events that unlock dungeons like Arah. However, this issue can stretch down alot further to even low level zones- suggestions #’s 3 and 4 can address this.

I run it with really heavy melee on a daily basis, and I agree it needs to be fixed, but there are also more pressing issues and progress-blocking bugs that currently dont have workarounds, while this does. Most people can’t finish their legendary right now due to the Temple of Balthazar being bugged on a majority of the servers.

Theyre only bugged if you hit them while standing still. If you melee them, circle around them and stay moving while you attack. Problem solved.

So you’d rather loot a chest with all blue items (95% of the time) than farm ice elementals for lodestones and massive amounts of gold? Hmmm….

Additional Info: No, they won’t soon assault the krait structures at stygian deeps. It’s going to take hours and hours and hours, like it already has!! =(

Please let’s get a server reset, or something.

Files tickets and make ANET as aware of this as possible. It’s bugged on 90%+ servers right now, and its really annoying. The louder the voice, the more likely we are to get a response.

Can we get a sever reset to fix the bugged temples on all the servers, anet, please?

Bugged on Jade Quarry, I moved to Jade Quarry 3 days ago JUST TO USE THE TEMPLE, pardon my frustration, but now I’m stuck here for 4 days and I still can’t use the temple. Can you please at least respond to the issue, reset the server, unbug the event, put in a temporary shard vendor, SOMETHING.
With the amount of progress blocking bugs you have going on, the least you could do would be to implement workarounds so we dont feel like we wasted money on the game. =(
Or just reset the server so we can use it real quick, even if it bugs again…

It’s filling up right as you’re transferring. That’s the problem with really high population servers. Keep trying.

Does anyone know where information about resets is located? If maybe there is a reset scheduled for today, or tomorrow, or where one would even read about this?

The temple is bugged on Jade Quarry server also. Reinforcements arrived almost 2 days ago, and nothing has happened ever since. I really need to use this temple. Let’s get a server reset, or an actual fix because this temple seems to be bugged on 95% of the servers.

Or better yet, why not implement a SECOND way to obtain obsidian shards? Sounds crazy, I know..

1. The server is named “Ferguson’s Crossing.” This is a no-brainer.

2. Kaineng server calls us “The Evil Empire”. If that isn’t boss status, I don’t know what is.
