There are some nice escape-mechanics!
1) Deathshroud!!! Got a lot of damage? F1 everything ist okay who needs toughness pff
2) Flesh Wurm – maybe situational but it does his job fine (Teleport)
3) Spektralwalk – Stunbreaker + Deathshroudregeneration = niceee
4) Further you can use some blinds ~
Btw. the Necromancer has a very high lifepool and consume conditions isnt that bad
Sadly you have to love the Style of necromancers (In PVE!!)
And there arent so much things to change, to balance this class. Maybe Well of Power change to Fire-Field instead of Dark or just rework Blood is Might: less might stacks, maybe 5 but for the whole group, something like that. Finally this would be enough :/
Still no offensive group-support. The changes are nice, but not solve any of the necromancers Problems like Brujeria said before.
What we really need are usefull weapon-mechanics and group-support, a way to stack might for group or share the own might-stacks maybe, something like that. This is the job A-Net should do in my optinion :/
Runes of Scholar! Less might-duration but more crit-chance and cheaper i think
