hello i post help in your services support system and all i get it premade add text boxs
and i dont understand why i keep getting those then i ask for help to fix my problem wich have nothing to do with the ones your premade add text boxs you keep add as a answer to my problem so why it is keep getting those below
what i want help to is not to get back my account, wich i have 100% control over the hole time but the money and lost then your server random move me and my friends account around on the servers
what i am after is my Gold i earn in your game back as you can read in the tickets i posted in your support system

repost and rechange it so i didnt break your posting rules

dump after 3 days of not playing gw2 i want to play again on some of the low levels i have and then i join i found out that i lost all the money on all char i had all
so i dont under stand this i made the password very strong it will take a very good computer mabey i dont know 100 + years to crack so
why it is i still lose all the moeny and i dont get them back?

oh well i am starting to think if i want to leave or not there are way to many bugs just lost all my money the 3 time now 2 times today woooho for bugs and woohoo for bad support
i have no repair fee and cant buy tools to get money with so help me pls
and stop moving my account to other server pls i want to stay on Fissure of Woe EU
not on some North America server.

guys and girls check the server your account is set to i am sure you find that you have move server like it happen to me 2 times now i dont know but i am on a USA server now and i start on EU fissure of woe

OMG i found out why players and i lose gold then we join next day
our account is move to a other server and the money dont follow up WTF
i cant know how to mess up this bad
omg i am not a player from USA i am from EU
ps you still dont get your money back after you remove the server you start and always stay on

hello i send 1 support help request over the support system 2-1 day ago and still didnt get help.
I know there can or is many other with problems and i am on the botten of the list or so.
But i cant play GW2 The game i love to play so hardcore the lasts few days.
each day i log on i have 0 money, and the IP show system tells no one have been on the account the last 1 hour to 15 mins, dont know why it only tells for 1 hour i want it to be days not mins.
well it happen again now i lost other 1 – 2 gold and it is getting very annoying VERY.
that i have to redo it over and over again.
i lost 2-5 gold 2-1 day ago and 1-2 gold today. i post a other support help request again hope you see it this time.

i scan my nextwork for gates and ports to see if there are open hole there is not.
i check connect log on the router i have, and there is no hacked attack or virus/troj. that got by the router
i also scan the computer with 3 anti virus to find if spam or troj or virus have gotten in the network and they are all clean bullguard, panda,Norton.
i have panda and deep freeze on from a long time so there is no way it can be my computer that have leak the password.

i upgrade the password with symblos number letters big and small so it won’t happen again i hope this time.

so hopes this well wake you up a little _
