Problem: When running with my guild in WvW or PvE with more than 5 people, it becomes very frustrating sometimes to stay together in a group (since not all of us are on voice-chat). We have entertained the thought of getting a commander book for different leaders in our guild, but then that presents a problem in WvW. Our server has very competent commanders and we don’t want to make one of ours become the zerg magnet.
Solution: Create a new guild upgrade that allows us to assign certain members (not necessarily the guild leader) as Guild Commanders. It could be an icon similar to the current Commander icon, but perhaps a different color or shape. This icon would only be visible to the members in our guild.
