Id like to know if that really is a bug or just intended.
I just feel the need to cast mid-air, i fail to cast lots and lots of times becouse of this.
off course dodge would be out, as you need a ground for that, or the reason the mid-air cast is not possible is the dodge system?

i`m from Brazil, so there are a couple of vids with me talking in portuguese.
-The moa isn’t going away, it may get a slight change, but it is not going away.
If the skill get nerfed, it will be put at side for all the mesmer. I may have good use the way it is, and we already have doubts. So i prefer to kill the Moa completely than nerf it and become useless.
I play as mesmer since BW1, and lots os people think this is a OP Elite Skill, and it really is OP when we see a 1×1 aspect. But kind of crap in groups.
And i`m sure lots of mesmer dont even use it as myself.
i say goodbye Moa Morph, as i really wont miss it, i dont care if its removed. BUT what i would really like instead, its a MESMER Elite Skill. Where can be a really mesmer like. I really dont know how this elite would work. But anything would be better than the Moa.
Elite Skills Options:
- You will summon all your phantasms for 10s. They will not die if the target dies.
- You and all allies gains a clone [duration: 10s // radius: 1200]
- You turn into a phantasm with its own abilities.
- You can use a extra Utility Skill in this slot (would be awsome for a mesmer).
