Accused of gold-selling spamming. Submitted a ticket 121024-000346 on 10/22, no response. Patience is wearing thin, bought gems to use during this Halloween event now I cant even use it.
Same boat as you guys, just got the message also today. They seriously have some process gaps in determining who are legit paying customers vs gold sellers/botters. They will need to revisit this as this is becoming a serious issue.
