Hey everyone~ I’m someone that’s very interested in the lore of Gw2 and would like enlightenment as much as the rest of you all! So I’m here to find out more about the “God of death” , Dhuum.
Anet doesn’t do much of a good job as to explain lots about Dhuum. All we know is that ; Grenth and his seven heroes defeated Dhuum and sealed him in the hall of judgement, and frequently Dhuum would escape his imprisonment. ((Gw1 underworld run.)) Oh, he also had minions that sided with Abaddon during ‘Nightfall’.
That’s it. That’s all there is to him. Some speculated he would return in GW2 during a Chapter of the living story. And people claim this because of ‘godslost swamp’. Some people think Dhuum is summoning creatures there because, come on, why would Grenth summon creatures to kill people?
The creatures being summoned aren’t undead, they are demons. ((Which I should note, Dhuum is against the living of undead and ressurections.)) So seeing demons are being summoned through portals of the underworld, facts do kinda point towards to Dhuum.
So does anyone here wish to know more about Dhuum like I do? Maybe get some Mods and Admins to answer a few questions, hrm?
