I sent a code to a friend of mine through the refer-a-friend email. Unfortunately, he has to work all weekend, and won’t be using it. Can I send the generated code to someone else, or is it permanently tied to his e-mail address?

I too, would appreciate an update on this. It’s been quite some time since release, and quite a bit out of the original stated time frame.
So should I take the no response to mean there’s been no update that anyone’s seen?
I know Anet is worried about more important things, but the last thing I saw about this stated 24 hours after the release of the game. I was curious if there’s been any update or new information I missed. Thanks!
