Guild Wars 2

Looking for an EU raid guild or a static raiding group, I currently live in northern Europe CET time zone. I have been raiding in different mmo’s since lineage2 C4, but I don’t have detailed experience in all gw2 raids , although I have read guides, watch videos and participate in training sessions.
I am willing to use any communication (TS3, mumble, discord), I have the HOT expansion with all the raid relative masteries learned, fluent in English, 2 characters with 150 ar and I am close to finish my third. Last but not least 8 characters ascended and ready to raid.

The below characters are all ascended gear and qt builds:

1 Tempest(main): staff/ dagger+warhorn Berserker
2 Warrior PS***: greatsword/ mace+shield Berserker
3 Draggonhunter**: hammer Berserker
4 Revenant*: sword+ axe/ staff Berserker
5 Daredevil*: staff Berserker
6 Druid**: staff/ axe+sword Magi’s
7 Chronom**: sword+focus/shield,sword Berserkers
8 Reaper***: scepter+warhorn/dagger Viper’s
